Following up from our Covid-19 Survival Guide forum in April, Critical Stages Touring is hosting our next Indy Theatre Forum on Creative Practice in the Digital Environment.
This one will be a little different. Shaped from feedback and suggestions from artists around the country this next zoom-enabled forum will recap the things we’ve learned so far about theatre in isolation, before we settle in to hear from arts makers and leaders about how they’re managing creative practice right now.
We’ll also be devoting time to some practical tools and resources that can help you with your digital creative activities.
Special Guest Speakers:
- Clare Bartholomew and Dan Tobias from Salvador Dinosaur (VIC)
- Imogen Gardam from Griffin Theatre Company (NSW)
- Sian Roberts & Adriane Daff from the Last Great Hunt (WA)
- Kip Chapman from Hackman (NZ)
- Nathan Sibthorpe from Counterpoint (QLD)
Registration is FREE and we’ll send you a confirmation and reminders with zoom-room details closer to the date. All the details:
When: Monday, May 25th 2020
Time: 6pm – 7pm AEST / 4pm AWST
Where: wherever you are – conference is via Zoom
Bring: questions, a bevvy and snacks
Independent Theatre Forums are hosted by Critical Stages Touring to support the sector through networking, community and skills-building. They’re an opportunity for us to come together and talk about the big issues facing independent theatre artists today.
